Here are some links to some cool items that we hope you can modify to fit your program:
PAW (Partners at Work) Program Booklet
The hope of the PAW Program (Partners at Work) is to give educators a check-in partner on a bi-weekly basis to share ideas, propose strengths, and address weaknesses in an open, non-judgmental, peer-to-peer environment. On a bi-weekly basis, teachers will have the opportunity to share their reflection with a peer and have a quality conversation/discussion. The desired goal is for the two to share and reflect on the answers acquired by each. Each reflection will be discussed twice a month (introduced the first meeting, deep discussion the second meeting).
Although the minimum expectation is for teachers to meet twice monthly, they may desire to meet more often. The hope is this will feel fluid and enjoyable; not like another thing to do.
